Big Yikes Bot

Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026. Applies to Big Yikes Bot and its management dashboard.

Who operates the bot

Big Yikes Bot is operated by Zev for the Big Yikes Discord community. Contact Zev on Discord through the Big Yikes server for support, privacy requests or reports of misuse.

What the bot does

The bot helps members finish setup, request Forever, Classic MoP or Friends access, check or cancel pending requests, and receive setup reminders and rank-change updates. Authorized officers review membership requests. Approved guild setup can update a member’s selected class, guild ranks and character nickname. Joining the server or selecting a game interest does not guarantee guild membership or private-channel access.

The private dashboard lets authorized reviewers inspect requests and lets Zev save drafts. It does not publish drafts or approve requests. The bot is currently provided without a usage charge.

Using the bot

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and follow applicable law, Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines and the Big Yikes server rules. These terms apply between you and the bot’s operator; they do not replace Discord’s terms.

Provide accurate information about your own character and membership. Use requests and officer tools only within your authorized role. Do not impersonate another member, spam requests, attempt to bypass permissions or safety checks, exploit the bot, or submit unlawful or abusive content. Do not submit passwords, account tokens, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Officers may decline requests or restrict use under the server rules. Bot access does not create a right to a guild rank, raid place or continued server membership. Contact Zev if you believe a result is wrong.

Messages and your information

The bot may send messages related to your setup, request status or rank changes. Your Discord privacy settings can prevent delivery. See the Privacy Policy for the information processed, who can see it and how to request correction or deletion.

Availability and changes

The bot depends on Discord and hosting services. Features may be unavailable, change or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. Ask an officer for help if a request or role change cannot be confirmed.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes warranties and liability for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Material changes will be described on this page with a new effective date. Stop using the bot if you do not agree to the revised terms. Discord and Blizzard do not operate or endorse Big Yikes Bot; their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
